Celebrating our league successes this season

It's the end of the season for the North Somerset Tennis League, which features teams from Taunton to Bristol, Weston down to Wells, and Bridgwater Lawn Tennis Club has much to celebrate!

Our Ladies 'A' team won Division 1 and so are overall League Champions!

Our Mens' 'A' team won Division 2, and so promote to Division 1 next season to contest the overall League title.

Our Ladies 'D' team won Division 6 and are therefore promoted to Division 5.

Carolyn Moysey, Sarah Evans (Capt), Di Woosley and Mary Kitson of the Bridgwater Lawn Tennis Club Ladies D team.

Our Mens' 'D' team won Division 9 and so are promoted to Division 8.

Mark Wylde, Noel Munson, Harry Gould & Ross Green of the Bridgwater Lawn Tennis Club Mens D team, Jeff Woodason (Capt).

Our Mens' B team have played all their matches and await other club's match results to see if they are promoted from Division 7 to Division 6.

The Club would like to thank everybody who turned out to play for one of our teams this season. The Club tournaments are well under way and we're looking forward to the Winter season! Matches are still being played in the West Somerset Tennis League, and new members are always welcome at our friendly, engaging club!
